Made in-house by our smallgoods team using regenerative, free-range Australian pork, our natural ham is cured the proper way — with nitrates derived from celery, cherry, and rosemary extract. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just honest, quality ham that happens to be low in sodium and gluten-free.

Sliced and sealed for freshness, it's ready when you are. Layer it on a toasted sandwich, throw it on a pizza, or eat it straight from the packet. No judgement here.
