Pork and fennel is a combination that never gets old. Made in-house by our butchers using free-range pork, this classic sausage is fragrant, well-seasoned, and versatile enough to work in almost any setting.

Throw them on the BBQ for a weekend cookout, simmer them in a rich tomato casserole, or pan-fry them for a quick weeknight dinner. However you cook them, the fennel lifts the flavour and keeps things interesting.
