Delicious and so good for you!

Very fresh and cooks nicely. It has a very mild flavour, which I loved. I have never been a fan of liver, but this was delicious. We turned our mince into spag bol and the baby and kids loved it.

Great way to get liver in

I really love this beef and liver mince, I struggle to eat liver on its own but having it mixed in with the beef is quite tasty. Especially as a bolognaise :)

Great for spag bol

I use one mince with liver and one regular mince to make an iron rich spaghetti bolognaise. Fantastic flavour, not too strong, and the children love it.
