Our Tallow Potatoes are made using Australian potatoes sourced through local supplier Spud Sisters. We sous vide them in our certified organic garlic tallow so they soak up plenty of flavour, then finish them with a disc of garlic tallow on top so they crisp up beautifully in the oven.
We’ve done the prep for you — just heat and serve.
Cooking suggestion: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Remove the potatoes from the vacuum bag and spread them on an oven-safe tray. Roast for around 30 minutes, giving them a shake halfway through, until they’re golden and crisp.
