Our Skinless Chicken Thigh Fillets are also boneless. They hold more fat than the breast which prevents them from drying out. The thighs are tender, full of flavour and have a darker meat compared to the breast.
This cut is perfect for slower cooking chicken dishes or marinated overnight and thrown onto a hot bbq.
Serving Suggestion 280 - 300g. 2-4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Thighs are a very versatile cut and can be cooked slowly or fast. Try cooking them low and slow in a curry or marinate them and grill them on the bbq.
