CHRISTMAS CANCELATION
Orders cancelled after the cut off period of Christmas will not be able to receive a refund. We can offer a credit or replacement.
Refund for faulty products
Hagen’s Organics want to create the best eating experience you’ve ever had with your butcher.
If there is a problem with the product, simply notify us within 7 days of purchase.
Where you contact us regarding a refund or replacement, we reserve the right to request photographs or other reasonable evidence from you of, or in relation to, any products in question.
Please note all our products are labeled with a use by date for recommend appropriate consumption times.
We do not honour returns or refunds if the claim is not made within 7 days of the order being delivered and has been frozen and/or has not been stored appropriately and/ or consumed within the timeframe we recommend.

Cancellation Policy
At Hagen’s Organics we are all about the freshest produce and delivering the best tasting meat. We pride ourselves on offering top-notch service, both online and in-store.
We understand things come up from time to time and you may need to cancel your order. If you have a change of mind or need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 business days of your delivery to receive a credit. If your order is due for pick up/delivery with less than 2 business days, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order. Alternatively, we can update the delivery address to send it to a friend or family member of your choice. Please note business days are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

Christmas Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up from time to time and you may need to cancel your Christmas order, however we are not able to allow cancellations to Christmas orders. This is as the items in the order are pre-ordered and stock has been allocated.
Refund of items out of stock
Due to high demand, sometimes we may sell out of the item you have requested in your order. If this is the case, you will be notified via an email confirmation in the morning of your delivery day and on the delivery docket of any items we were not able to fulfil, We will credit this item from your order and send you an email to provide you with the code for the credit. If there is a suitable substitute for the out of stock item, we will provide a substitute and notify you via email of this change.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. With that said, if you have an issue with a faulty product. Please refer to our refund policy as above.
