Our Lamb Kofta is made using delicious Bultara Saltbush Lamb. The lamb is complemented with feta cheese and spices. These lamb koftas are great for BBQs, parties, or the kids. Grill and serve with a cool tzatziki. All our Kofta’s are Gluten Free and Preservative Free.

Grilled, Pan fried or BBQ'd until cooked through, serve with tzatziki, rice and fresh tomato cucumber and parsley salad.
