Our second go at these Chen free lovelies and they were as good as the first lot. Finally a place to get decent Salmon.

Our Ora King Salmon is free from artificial flavours, antibiotics and colours and is sustainably farmed in the crystal clear waters of Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand. It has distinct marbling throughout, providing it with perfect texture and umami flavours. Beautifully pink in flavour, this salmon will be the hero of any dinner party!
