Our Ora King Salmon Side is free from artificial flavours, antibiotics and colours and is raised in the crystal clear waters of Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand. I cured a few fillets of this beautiful fish and it was fantastic. I'm not buying any more farmed salmon from elsewhere. Also looking for wild salmon but its hard to find, this is an excellent alternative.
