A deceptively simple and deceptively delicious dish for the midweek rush that will have the fam chomping at the bits for more. Truely packed with flavour, it's hard to believe that it's ready to be served in 30 minutes. Crank up the veg by adding capsicum, potato, spinach or pumpkin. To increase the savouriness, quickly fry the chicken pieces off in some oil first.
