The loin roast or noisette is the centre of a single loin, completely boneless. The loin is very tender and results in a very quick and flavourful roast. This prized cut has a sweet, juicy eye of meat, which should be served nice and pink
Serving Suggestion - 600grams: 2 - 3 people
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat oven to 220°C to begin and allow the roast to slighly golden for 10 mins, turn down to 180°C for the remaining 25-35 mins. Serve medium rare

We love Hagen’s lamb loin roasts and have tried roasting them over a range of temperatures and times. We’ve found a lower and slower approach helps render the generous amount of fat on this cut, which we of course save, works a treat. We tend to unroll the meat to help the rendering process. Most recently my hubby barbecued this bad boy in a small roasting tin fat side down with herbs and garlic - it was perfection.

Cooked two Loin Roasts for guests, with a couple from the UK. Roast was absolutely gorgeous, tender and cooked medium rare. Our guests from the UK have never tasted lamb like it! Thanks Hagen's. Beautiful!
