Organic Lamb Loin Roast

Also known as a noisette. Taken from the centre of the loin and completely boneless, it’s tender, juicy, and has the sweet, delicate flavour that makes this cut a favourite for the occasions worth cooking for.

It cooks quickly and needs very little fuss. Season well, sear it, finish it in the oven and serve it pink. A shiraz jus and you’re done.

The lamb comes from Bultarra Saltbush Lamb. Certified Organic, free range and grass fed.
