Organic Lamb Loin Roast

Also known as a noisette, the lamb loin roast is one of the most refined cuts on the animal. Taken from the centre of the loin and completely boneless, it's tender, juicy, and full of the delicate, sweet flavour that makes this cut a favourite for special occasions.

It cooks quickly, presents beautifully, and needs very little fuss. Season well, sear to lock in the flavour, then finish in the oven and serve pink. Paired with a Shiraz jus, it's hard to top.
