A proper frankfurt, made the right way. Our in-house smallgoods team combines free-range pork, the perfect ratio of meat and fat, and Hagen's own curated spice mix to create a frankfurt that's full of flavour and free from anything you wouldn't want to eat.

Nitrate-free, no synthetic preservatives, no mystery additives. Just real ingredients, made in-house.

Simmer them in hot water, grill them on the BBQ, or pan-fry until golden and blistered. Serve in a soft roll with mustard and you're done.
