Our Frankfurts are made by our own in-house small goods team, using delicious Beyond Free Range pork, sourced locally from McIvor Farm. The perfect mix of pork meat, fat and Hagen's curated spice mix. Nitrate Free, nothing nasty, no synthetic preservatives and no mystery additives - just real ingredients.
Serving Suggestion - 400g: 2 - 4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Cook frankfurts in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a simmer over moderate heat. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated serve with mustard and ketchup. Grilled on medium heat until skin is golden and crispy
