750g: 1-2 people
Place the steak flat on the BBQ for approx. 10 minutes. Turn the steak and cook for a further 8 minutes, remove from the grill and allow to rest.

Fantastic size T bone steak of 750gm. I cooked it med/rare and ate half for dinner. The next day l used the other half to slice and make a stirfry. The meat was still as tender and reheated well. The taste of the steak was mouth watering.
