Traditional Corn Beef

Our house-made corn beef is cured using traditional curing agents. Great boiled with mash for your sunday family dinner, or cooled down for some sandwiches the next day.

Serving Suggestion  - 1.0kg: 3 - 4 people

Cooking Suggestion - Bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes per 500g. Skim the scum from the surface several times during the cooking process. After an hour, switch off the heat and allow the meat to rest in the liquid for 30 minutes. Remove the beef from the stock and cut into thick slices. Serve with braised cabbage, dutch carrots and mustard sauce.
