Cooking Suggestion -Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on high. Lightly coat pork with oil and cook, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover pork loosely with foil and set aside for 5 minutes to rest before slicing.
