Dry cured bacon is possibly one of the most delicious kinds of bacon you will ever eat ever.

It's a darker, smokier and a little sweeter version of our traditionally and naturally cured bacon and will make you feel like you're sitting around a campfire (or a meat smoker) eating breakfast.

We make dry cured bacon in addition to our other bacon from our warehouse in Richmond. They're all made by hand with free range pork using sustainably sourced red gum wood chips.

Serving Suggestion  - 250 grams : 2 - 4 people

Flavour town bacon

This delicious, rich and flavourful bacon isn’t for pairing with poached eggs (on top of scrambled? YES!), but is PERFECTLY suited to being fried up and used for elevating, flavouring or topping dishes like lentil soup, mac and cheese, green peas or Brussel sprouts! The dry curing makes for the deepest richest bacon flavour that is out of this world!
