Our House-Made Smoked Turkey will instantly take any sandwich, cheeseboard or parma to the next level. Made using free-range turkey, brined using our traditional cure, the turkeys are then smoked for 12 hours using sustainably sourced Red Gum woodchips to give it a delicious straight-out-of-the-smoker taste. Available in sliced portions and sealed for freshness.
