Fabulous steak! It was so thick I had to cut it in half before cooking it
Our eye fillet steaks are hand cut from the centre of a whole tenderloin. Of all the prime steak cuts the eye fillet is both the leanest and most tender.
The Eye Fillet steak is best cooked quickly on a very hot grill or a pan.
Serving Suggestion - 200g: 1 person
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat barbecue or pan to medium-high heat, then cook steak for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
