Tender and lean
As tender and juicy as they are flavourful, these lamb cutlets are ideal for a quick sauté or grilling on the BBQ. Our cutlets have the fat cap taken off and the butchers have carefully trimmed them. The fat left on enhances the flavour and when rendered, it becomes extra crispy!
Serving Suggestion - 200g: 1 - 2 people
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat barbecue or pan to medium-high heat, then cook lamb for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
