Cooking Suggestion - Heat a grill pan, or cast-iron or heavy non-stick frying pan or prepare your charcoal grill. Oil the steak lightly then put it in the hot pan, or bbq, and cook for around 3 minutes on each side. The cooking time will change depending on the size of your steak. Allow meat to rest.
