Our House-Made Smoked Turkey takes any sandwich or cheeseboard to the next level. Made from free-range Australian turkey, it’s brined in our traditional cure and smoked for that unmistakable straight-out-of-the-smoker flavour.
Available sliced and sealed for freshness — just add mayo, mustard, or our cherry relish or skip the extras and eat it straight from the packet.

Order cut-off times: For orders delivered on Wed/Thu/Fri --> order must be placed by 11:59pm on the Sunday prior. For orders delivered on Sat/Sun/Mon --> orders must be placed by 11:59pm on the Wednesday prior.

We source our organic turkey from Bendele Farm
Turkey, Water, Mineral Salts (451, 450, 452), Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Antioxidant, Sodium Nitrate (25), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Maize), Vegetable oil.
Gluten free, Nut free, Dairy free. It is made in a facility which handles these allergens, so trace amounts may be present.
