Best rib eye ever

Bought 1 x rib eye from the Beaumaris store and the bloke who served me (24/9) gave his recommendation (and nailed it) as I wanted to do a first go my new hibachi grill. Bit of prep and oven time but finished on the grill, let it rest and it was off its head great!!!! Worth every dollar! Thank you!!
