Organic Rib Eye Steak

A butcher’s favourite for good reason. Cut from the rib section and generously marbled throughout. As it cooks, the marbling melts into the meat, which is where the buttery texture and the depth come from.

Rib eye thrives on high heat and a good rest, whether that’s the barbecue or a cast iron pan. Season it simply and serve it with a red wine jus.

The beef comes from Clayton’s Organics in Queensland. Certified Organic, free range and grass fed, raised on pasture without synthetic hormones or antibiotics.
