An incredibly tender and lean cut of Wild Venison from Discovered Wildfoods. Sear and roast whole or cut into sections for individual striploin style steaks.
Ethically sourced from the wilderness, these venison burgers are free from the stresses of captivity or industrial farming practices. No antibiotics, no hormones – just pure, wild protein as nature intended.

Heat a little oil in a heavy-based pan (preferably cast iron) with oil and butter and some garlic and thyme, over a high heat. Grill the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, for rare, turning until you have a nice even colour all over then leave to rest before serving.
