Wild Venison Tenderloin

Rated 5.0 out of 5
Based on 21 reviews

The tenderloin is named for it’s incredibly tender profile. Sear whole or cut into sections for individual ‘filet mignon’ eye-fillet style steaks.

Ethically sourced from the wilderness, these venison burgers are free from the stresses of captivity or industrial farming practices. No antibiotics, no hormones – just pure, wild protein as nature intended.

Serving Suggestion  - 120g = 1 Person = 30g of protein, and all the micronutrients you need to fuel your family

Cooking Suggestion -  Heat a little oil in a heavy-based pan (preferably cast iron) with oil and butter and some garlic and thyme, over a high heat. Grill the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, for rare, turning until you have a nice even colour all over then leave to rest before serving

Recipe - Venison With Blueberry Sauce
