Sliced Streaky Bacon

Streaky bacon is in a league of its own. Made in house from free range pork belly, cured and smoked here, so the layers of meat and fat crisp up the way streaky is supposed to.

Pile it onto a breakfast plate, stack it inside a burger, or lay it across a brunch platter. In December it has one more job: wrapping our turkey chipolatas for pigs in blankets.
