Wingettes, like drumettes, are excellent finger food and perfect to chuck on the BBQ. They cook quickly and do not dry out like other chicken cuts. Try marinating and grilling on a hot BBQ.
300-400g: 2-4 people
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place chicken in a roasting pan and roast, turning every 10 minutes, for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through.
