Our frankfurts are made in-house by our dedicated smallgoods team, using delicious Beyond Free Range pork, sourced locally from McIvor Farm. They bone out the ethically raised and premium pork, mince the meat, hand-weigh the spices and combine to create the perfect frankfurt, free from hidden nasties! Nitrate Free, no synthetic preservatives and no mystery additives - just real ingredients.
Your regular supermarket sausage is filled with chemicals, stabilisers, fillers and other rubish that you don't want to be consuming, compared to our sausages which are made from local, organic meat and fresh herbs and spices.
Our frankfurts contain beyond-free-range pork, organic beef, nutmeg, mace, coriander, ginger, salt, pepper and buffered vinegar, that's it!
