Butterflying is a technique butchers use to prepare meat so it's uniform in thickness, this allows for quicker and even cooking. Butterflied chicken is particularly delicious when roasted in the oven or grilled on the BBQ.
Using our Whole Chickens we then marinate in our House-Made Greek Marinade.

Preheat oven to 180°C roast chicken skin side up for 40-45 mins.
