Our House made schnitzels are made using Chicken Breast. We then dip it into our Madeleine's Organic Eggs and crumb it using a corn flake crumb which adds a nice, sweet, crunchy taste.

Serving Suggestion- 500g would equal approximately 2-3 Schnitzels

Cooking Suggestion - Pan fry on medium heat until golden and crispy or cook in oven preheated at 220°C with oil in pan
