Small Christmas Feast Pack

Serves 8 to 10. Christmas lunch in one order. The ham, the turkey, the gravy and the relish, all made by our team at Richmond.

In the pack

• Traditional Boneless Ham, 1.5kg. Cured and smoked over wood at our Richmond kitchen, from regenerative free range Victorian pork. No bone, no carving skill required.
• Free Range Boneless Turkey Roast, 2.5kg. Boned, rolled and tied here. Choose stuffed or unstuffed at checkout.
• Organic Chicken Gravy, 500ml. Made from scratch in our kitchen using Certified Organic stock. The one that built a reputation at East Brunswick Village.
• Cherry and Apple Relish. Our answer to cranberry sauce. Cherries with apple, onion and ginger, spiced with cinnamon and star anise.

Both cuts are boneless, so there is no carving to get right in front of everyone. Slice, plate, sit down.
