Christmas Turkey Chipolata

These are the sausages that get wrapped in bacon and disappear before the roast comes out. Note, they do not come wrapped in bacon. 

Free range turkey breast, brandy-soaked sultanas and a Christmas pudding spice blend, made in house by our butchers. Rich, a bit sweet, and more interesting than the supermarket version by some distance.

Six to eight per 500g pack. Allow two or three a head if they are going round the table, more if children are involved.

Good on Christmas morning, good on the barbecue on the 27th, and good next to the roast potatoes with our cherry and apple relish.
