Organic Porterhouse Roast

The roast-ready version of one of our most popular cuts. Also known as a sirloin or striploin roast. Boneless, consistently tender, and full of the flavour that makes a Sunday lunch worth the effort.

The marbling is what sets it apart. It bastes the meat as it roasts, keeping it juicy throughout. Simple to carve, and it holds the table.

The beef comes from Clayton’s Organics in Queensland. Certified Organic, free range and grass fed, raised on pasture without synthetic hormones or antibiotics.

How much does it serve? Allow around 200g per adult, so a 2kg roast feeds around 8 to 10 people. Not sure on size? Ask us and we’ll talk it through.
