Our Merguez Sausage Rolls are an explosion of earth and mild spice flavours to make up a beautifully balanced North African delicacy. They're made using a combination of our Saltbush lamb and beef and are wrapped in an all-butter puff pastry, made up of feather-light layers of crisp buttery goodness. Each pack comes with 2 pieces.
2 Sausage Rolls: 1-2 People
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 25-30 minutes (from frozen) until crispy golden brown and warm throughout.
