Sliced Natural Ham

This is what ham is supposed to taste like. Made in house by our smallgoods team from regenerative free range Australian pork, cured with celery, cherry and rosemary extract rather than synthetic curing salts.

Milder than our traditional cure, and a little sweeter. Sliced and sealed, ready when you are. Layer it on a toasted sandwich, throw it on a pizza, or eat it straight from the packet. No judgement here.
