This is the bacon that makes weekends worth it. Made in house by our smallgoods team from free range Australian pork, cured and smoked here for that rich, smoky flavour.

Loin bacon, so it is leaner than streaky and holds its shape in the pan. Crisp it next to your eggs, stack it high in a bacon and egg roll, or sneak a slice straight from the pan.
