In the pack

• Organic Chicken & Cheese Kabana. Made from Certified Organic chicken with cheese through it. Smoked and cooked here, ready to eat straight from the fridge.
• Sliced Seasoned Porchetta. Porchetta, cured and seasoned in our kitchen with herbs, garlic and fennel seed.
• Sliced Traditional Ham. Cured and smoked the old-fashioned way at our Richmond kitchen, from free range pork.
• Sliced Smoked Turkey, 200g. Free range Victorian turkey, brined in our traditional cure and slow smoked.
• Smoked Spanish Chorizo, 250g. Spanish-style, made and smoked at Richmond from free range pork.
• Organic Tomato Chutney, Cherry and Apple Relish, Organic Mustard Pickle. The three jars that hold the board together. Made in the Richmond kitchen, in batches.

Everything in the pack is made by our smallgoods team at Richmond. Open the packets, open the jars, put it on a board. That is the whole method.
