Our Drumettes are cut from the meatier part of the chicken wing. They are an easy and succulent cut of meat and have a short cooking time, making them a perfect weeknight dinner. Marinate in your favourite herbs and spices and throw them on the BBQ or bake them in the oven.
300-400g: 2-4 people
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place chicken in a roasting pan and roast, turning every 10 minutes, for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through.
