Diced lamb shoulder has ideal fat marbling and intramuscular-tissue. When slow cooked this cut has amazing flavour and is fork tender
Serving Suggestion - 500 grams: 2 - 4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Cooked slowly and allowed to tenderise over a number of hours, the diced shoulder is perfect for a curry, stew or shepherd's pie.

I often find lamb shoulder can be too fatty. This has a lot of taste without too much fat.
