Whole Traditional Ham on the Bone, 7.5kg. The full leg, cured and smoked over wood at our Richmond kitchen, from free range pork. The centrepiece, and the sandwiches for a fortnight after.

Organic Scotch Fillet Roast, 2kg. Certified Organics, grass fed beef, well marbled through the centre, for the people at the table who were never going to choose the turkey.

Free Range Boneless Turkey Roast, 2.5kg. Boned, rolled and tied here. Choose stuffed or unstuffed.

Free Range Porchetta. Choose 2.5kg or 5kg, seasoned with our fennel and herb rub or unseasoned to do your own. Rolled from the loin with its own layer of fat, so the crackling goes crisp and the meat stays tender.

Organic Pineapple Ham Glaze x 2. Made in house. Pineapple over a base of apple juice. Two jars, because a whole leg takes more than one.

Organic Red Wine Jus x 2. Made in our kitchen with Certified Organic beef bones. For the scotch fillet.

Cherry and Apple Relish. Our answer to cranberry sauce. Cherries with apple, onion and ginger, spiced with cinnamon and star anise.
