Half Traditional Ham on the Bone. Choose 3kg or 4kg. Cured and smoked over wood at our Richmond kitchen, from regenerative free range Victorian pork. The one that sells out first, every year.

Free Range Boneless Turkey Roast, 2.5kg. Boned, rolled and tied here. Choose stuffed or unstuffed.

Free Range Porchetta, 2.5kg. Rolled from the loin with its own layer of fat, so it stays succulent as it roasts. Crisp crackling over tender meat. Choose seasoned with our fennel and herb rub, or unseasoned to do your own.

Organic Pineapple Ham Glaze. Made in house, so you are not improvising on the day. Pineapple over a base of apple juice.

Cherry and Apple Relish. Our answer to cranberry sauce. Cherries with apple, onion and ginger, spiced with cinnamon and star anise.

Organic Chicken Gravy, 500ml. Made from scratch in our kitchen using Certified Organic stock. The one that built a reputation at East Brunswick Village.

The ham comes on the bone, so there is carving to do. If you would rather there was not, the Small pack is boneless throughout.
