Chicken thigh chops are a convenient cut when you're after a lot of flavour but don't want to break down a whole chicken. Cooking with the bone in and skin on increases the richness of any meal and allows for a tender cook too. A versatile weekly staple, perfect for slow cooking, roasting for a tray or throwing on the bbq.

Serving Suggestion  450 - 500g: 2 - 4 people

Cooking Suggestion - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place chicken in a roasting pan and roast, turning every 15 minutes, for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
