Best choice for full flavour. The bone is left in for flavour and the skin provides a barrier to stop the meat from drying out. Brown the chop then finish in the oven, or with the lid down on the BBQ. Chicken chops are also great for curries and slow cooking.
Serving Suggestion 500g: 2 - 4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place chicken in a roasting pan and roast, turning every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
