Organic Mustard Pickle

The classic mustard pickle, made in our Richmond kitchen. Cauliflower, cucumber, zucchini, celery and onion in a caramel, cider vinegar, mustard and curry sauce. Sharp, tangy, with enough mustard behind it to stand up to cold meat.

It belongs next to the ham, but it does just as much work on a cheese board or in a sandwich on the 27th.
