Traditional Green Ham

Brined in our traditional cure but left unsmoked, so you finish it your way. Smoke it yourself for a deeper, smokier result, or bake it in the oven for a tender savoury roast. It’s the base, and the rest is up to you.

The pork comes from a family-owned, free-range farm in Queensland. APIQ certified free range and carbon neutral. The pigs are raised without hormones or synthetic chemicals, on rotational grazing, with no sow stalls and no farrowing crates.

Serve it with our ham glaze or the cherry relish.

How much does it serve? Allow around 400g per adult as it will shrink when cooked, so a 4kg boneless green ham feeds around 8 to 10 people. Not sure on size? Ask us and we’ll talk it through.
